Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of related experience and/or training.
• Proven experience as a welder with various welding equipment/procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Proficiency with metal fabrication tools and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Construct molds to defined specifications per tooling manuals.
• Document mold construction records through all build phases.
• Maintain safety and quality standards acceptable to Brunswick/Boston Whaler.
• Work with a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Support timely execution of schedules defined by tooling supervisor.
• Interface with coworkers, supervisors, and managers across the org.
• Adhere to 6S initiatives and keep work areas clean and orderly daily.
