Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group seeks a meticulous Boat Assembler to join the Edgewater assembly line. You will read technical drawings and assemble boats, ensuring precise fit and adherence to tolerances using hand/power tools. The role emphasizes quality control, safety, and teamwork on a busy shop floor.

The position offers onsite work in Edgewater, FL with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Prior marine or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1+ year related experience or training.
• Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read/interpret instructions verbally or written and exchange information.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings to assemble boats and components.
• Install hulls, decks, bulkheads and other structures with hand/power tools.
• Perform quality checks and address defects with QA team.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
