Job summary

Brunswick Thunder Jet Operations is seeking skilled welders to join the team manufacturing Thunder Jet boats. You will perform MIG and TIG welding of aluminum hulls, read drawings, and follow safety policies to ensure quality production.

The role requires basic aluminum MIG weld experience, good attendance, and willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of MIG welding aluminum.
• Ability to follow safety processes to handle chemicals and equipment to weld aluminum.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Dependable daily attendance is required.
• Work overtime to meet production needs.
• Preform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation of welded boats for production purposes.
• Responsible for compliance to safety policies and procedures, as well as identifying risks and hazards prior to job completion.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding of aluminum boats (hulls, bottoms, parts) according to drawings and specifications.
• Use a skill saw, and band saw safely.
