What You’ll Do:

• Fit and weld aluminum parts and structures to AWS D1.2 standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Use GMAW, TIG, and FCAW welding processes on aluminum and other metals
• Fabricate and assemble small, medium, and large parts
• Use power tools, torches, saws, grinders, and other shop equipment
• Inspect completed welds and self-QC to ensure accuracy and strength
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to complete custom builds
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and rigging equipment
• Mark, label, and track parts throughout the fabrication process
• Participate in shop upkeep, cleaning, and project prep as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience welding aluminum (1-3 years preferred)
• Ability to weld in all positions and in tight or awkward spaces
• Strong blueprint reading, measurement, and math skills
• Proficiency in hand and power tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to crawl, climb, and work in various shop positions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and handle physical labor throughout shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
