Job summary

TradeWorX in Jeannette, PA is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join a full-time production team. You will fabricate commercial signage primarily from aluminum, with stainless steel and plastic, reading shop drawings and performing MIG welding.

This first-shift role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), competitive hourly pay of $22–$28, and benefits including health, dental/vision, 401K, life insurance, and PTO accruing with hours worked.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• CNC machine experience and painting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate commercial signs using aluminum, stainless steel and plastic.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication prints.
• Perform MIG welding and general metal fabrication.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with painting and finishing of completed products.
• Support production and quality standards throughout the fabrication process.

This position focuses on fabricating commercial signage using primarily aluminum, along with stainless steel and plastic materials. Pay & Overtime: $22.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience. Overtime may be available as business needs require.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7: 00 AM –3: 30 PM. Full-time, first shift.
