TradeWorX is hiring Fabrication Welders for a shop in the New Kensington, PA area. The role supports production welding and fabrication of carbon and stainless steel assemblies.

Candidates will work from blueprints and perform MIG, TIG welding in a fabrication environment. This position offers health and dental/vision coverage, a 401K, company-paid life insurance, paid holidays after eligibility, PTO earned by hours worked, and paid overtime.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Pass background check and 5-panel drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to the shop.
• Able to perform physical tasks in fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding.
• Fabricate and weld carbon steel and stainless steel assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Prep, fit, and grind welds as required.
• Maintain production quality and safety standards.
• Assist with general fabrication shop tasks.
