Job summary

TradeWorX in Williamsport, PA is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to work on hoppers, conveyor system parts, and related fabricated assemblies. Solid shop fabrication experience and MIG/TIG welding skills are required.

This is a day-shift, on-site position with a pay rate of $28.00–$33.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include health coverage, dental/vision, 401K, company-paid life insurance, paid holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of verifiable welding and fabrication experience.
• Hands-on experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to fit and fabricate components prior to final welding.
• Comfortable working on hoppers, conveyor parts, and related assemblies.
• Strong attention to measurements, fit-up, weld preparation, and finished quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on hoppers, conveyor system components, and fabricated parts.
• Fit, align, tack, and weld components to support accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Fabricate industrial parts and assemblies using established measurements and specifications.
• Prepare materials and weld joints for consistent penetration, appearance, and finished quality.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for fit, alignment, and workmanship.
