TradeWorX is hiring Welders for a busy fabrication shop in the Pittsburgh area. This is a long-term opportunity for welders with experience in structural steel, heavy fabrication, or industrial manufacturing. Work is performed indoors with consistent hours and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years welding experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or structural steel environments.
• Experience with MIG and/or Flux-Core welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux-Core welding on structural steel and heavy carbon steel components.
• Fabricate structural frames, skids, and industrial assemblies.
• Read blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Grind, prep, and assist with fit-up as needed.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Follow all shop safety procedures.
