Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking Production Workers in the United States (New York). You will read blueprints and wire together equipment, performing welds with stick, MIG, or TIG processes.

The role requires precision, steady attention to detail, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings. Responsibilities include following drawings, using grinders and saws, operating calipers and welding gauges, and maintaining weld machines.

• Maintain weld machines using preventative maintenance methods
• Perform quality checks to ensure product meets standards
• Rework/repair welded parts per engineering changes
• Prioritize workflow through effective communication with management

Prioritize workflow through effective communication with management staff

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

At least 4 years ofexperience, preferred

Basic reading skills and must be able to follow directions

Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem

High attention to detail and must be self-motivated

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Compensation

The hourly pay rate is $25-$35/hr
