Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Northlake, Texas, is seeking Production Workers for our industrial manufacturing team to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products.

You will strip and clean forms, prepare steel molds, perform basic carpentry, and help with facility maintenance while following safety standards. No experience? A high school diploma is preferred; you will lift up to 40 lbs daily as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.
