Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is hiring for a Production Assembly role in Texas. You will assemble doors, boxes, covers, pads, frames, vaults, and more using hand tools and power tools in an industrial setting.

The position is full-time and located in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, manufacturing experience preferred, strong attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to read instructions and engineering prints.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in hot/cold environments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically.
• Must be able to read engineering prints.
• Light welding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret Production Work Orders (PWO), Assembly Pick Sheets (Orders), Engineering Prints, and Daily production schedule
• Identify safety hazards in the assembly area
• Perform TPM, maintenance checks on area equipment daily and weekly
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

This individual will be responsible for assembly of the following products: doors, boxes, covers, pads, frames, vaults, and more as needed. The assembly worker will use hand tools, power tools, grind, and minor painting.
