Qualifications

Adecco Staffing is hiring an experienced Production Welder for a manufacturing facility in Peabody, MA. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a skilled welder with MIG and TIG experience.

Job Details

• Pay: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience

• Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-1:00 AM

• Employment Type: Direct hire

Responsibilities

• Weld metal components and finish parts according to technical prints.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on light-gauge steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

• Read and follow welding and assembly prints.

• Use hand and power tools, including grinders and deburring equipment.

• Safely operate hoists and pallet jacks when moving materials.

• Work independently and alongside other welders in a production environment.

• Maintain quality standards and follow workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior welding experience.

• Experience with both MIG and TIG welding.

• Ability to read and interpret welding and assembly prints.

• Familiarity with hand and power tools, including grinders and deburring equipment.

• Ability to safely move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, reach, and bend frequently.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
