Job summary

Adecco Staffing is hiring an experienced Production Welder for a manufacturing facility in Peabody, MA. This direct-hire role requires MIG and TIG welding experience and the ability to read detailed prints. The candidate will work with grinders, deburring tools, and other hand/tools in a production setting.

The job involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adhering to safety and quality standards while collaborating with a team of welders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of welding experience.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret welding and assembly prints.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools including grinders and deburring equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/reach/bend frequently.

Responsibilities

• Weld metal components and finish parts according to prints.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on light-gauge steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Read and follow welding and assembly prints.
• Use hand and power tools, including grinders and deburring equipment.
• Safely operate hoists and pallet jacks when moving materials.
• Work independently and with other welders in a production environment.
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
