Job summary

Adecco is hiring Welders for a leading manufacturing facility in Michigan. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in manufacturing, this could be a great fit! The role offers a Shift B 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM with pay from $22.62–$29.17 per hour, plus overtime and benefits.

You will weld and grind parts, read blueprints, perform quality checks, and keep weld equipment maintained. Candidates should read blueprints, have MIG welding experience, and be comfortable in a production

• MIG welding experience required.
• Experience with robotic welding equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.

• B Shift (Mon- Thurs 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM): $20.91/hr

• Overtime available and paid for hours worked outside of your scheduled shift, with additional opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pay: $22.62 - $29.17 based on experience

What You'll Do

• Weld and grind parts

• ???????Read blueprints and follow work instructions

• Perform quality checks using measuring tools

• Perform scheduled maintenance and cleaning of all weld equipment

• Work safely while meeting production goals

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

• ???????Vocational training or previous experience in MIG welding is required

• Experience with robotic welding equipment is a plus

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in a production environment

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. occasionally

• GOOD ATTENDANCE IS A MUST

Pay Details: $23.98 to $29.17 per hour
