Job summary

Masterack is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Welder experienced in MIG and TIG welding of aluminum and steel components. You will set up, adjust, weld, and inspect parts per blueprints, create samples, and maintain 5S workplace standards. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and documentation in a dynamic fabrication environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of MIG/TIG experience, are able to read drawings, and can lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime flexibility and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and calibrated measuring tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and material handling.
  • Flexibility to work overtime on short notice.
