Job summary

Masterack seeks a skilled Welder experienced in MIG and TIG welding for aluminum and steel components. This role ensures fabrication meets exact specifications and quality standards.

You will read blueprints, set up welding equipment, test welds, and maintain records while contributing to a safe, efficient production environment with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and calibrated measuring tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and material handling.
• Flexibility to work overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities
