3G MIG & TIG Welder (2ND SHIFT)
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced 3G MIG & TIG Welder to join its team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of fabrication projects in a modern manufacturing environment supporting multiple industries.
Perform MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
Measure, mark, and prepare materials for fabrication and assembly
Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and specification requirements are met
Perform fabrication and sheet metal work as required
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure project success
Ability to pass a 3G weld test
Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience
Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience
Previous fabrication experience
Sheet metal experience
Welding certifications
Experience working with multiple welding processes
