Job summary

Caterpillar North Little Rock is seeking a Welder Apprentice for the 3rd shift (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.) with a starting wage of $21.75/hour plus shift differential. Click through for the six‑week weld school and three weeks of on‑the‑job training. Day one benefits and a comprehensive rewards package are provided.

The role includes welding MIG and TIG processes, reading blueprints, and achieving qualification tests. Overtime opportunities may arise based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of welding fundamentals.
• Pass welder qualification tests after 6-week weld school and 3 weeks OJT.
• Available for 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM training period.

Responsibilities

• Complete welding school and 3 weeks OJT.
• Operate MIG/TIG welding per job specs.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear PPE.
