Caterpillar is seeking a Welder 3 in Sanford, NC on first shift. You will perform manual MIG welding, repair welds, and inspect your work while maintaining safety and clean work areas.

The role requires at least one year of welding experience and carbon air arc exposure, with tests to verify ability; lifting is occasionally required. Formación

• At least one year of welding experience.
• At least one year of carbon air arc experience.
• Must pass 2F/4F weld tests and overhead tests.
• Further education is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welds using various tools, including manual MIG welding.
• Repair defective welds and perform quality checks.
• Inspect own work with weld gauges and measuring tools.
• Move heavy components using lifting devices.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding stations.
• Follow documented procedures and standard work instructions.
