Caterpillar is seeking a Welder for the 3rd shift in Sanford, NC. The role requires welding operation experience and involves operating robotic and manual MIG weld machines, inspecting welds, and performing in-station repairs.

Overtime and a shift premium apply, with Day ONE benefits and a comprehensive rewards package. Starting pay is $21.70 per hour with an 8% shift premium for 3rd shift, plus a potential quarterly bonus.

Formación

• Must have welding operation experience.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Able to work in a team environment and be multi-trained.

Responsabilidades

• Operate robotic and manual MIG weld machines.
• Inspect own work with weld gauges and measuring tools.
• Perform in-station repair on defective welds.
• Clear robotic welding system faults.
• Follow procedures, routings and blueprints to ensure safe, defect-free operations.
