Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in New Holstein, Wisconsin, is seeking welders to join our manufacturing team. You will perform Mig welding on stainless steel and carbon steel, with emphasis on robotic welding and adherence to customer drawings and specifications.

You will also handle process inspection, documentation, and routine equipment maintenance, while finishing welds using manual and power tools. Prior experience with ROBOTIC welding is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, including weld requirements.
• Knowledge of wire and filler material applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and other materials as needed.
• Working knowledge of fixture and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)

Responsibilities

Position

Welders are responsible for various types of weld preparation, Mig welding on stainless steel and carbon steel and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction along with Robotic Welding experience.
