Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in New Holstein, Wisconsin, seeks skilled welders to join their fabrication team. You will perform Mig welding on stainless and carbon steel, read drawings, and complete weld finishing while leveraging robotic welding experience.

You will maintain quality through inspection, documentation, and tool maintenance. The role includes PPE reimbursement, PTO, and benefits such as 401(k) match and life and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Able to interpret mechanical drawings including weld requirements.
• Knowledge of wire and filler material applications for various steels and aluminum.
• Knowledge of fixture and weld setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Proficient in welding techniques including robotic welding.
• Use conventional and precision measuring instruments.
• Perform process inspection, certification, and documentation.
• Maintain welding equipment.

Position

Welders are responsible for various types of weld preparation, Mig welding on stainless steel and carbon steel and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction along with Robotic Welding experience.

• Proficient in assigned welding techniques including robotic welding experience.
• Conventional and precision measuring instruments.
• Process inspection, certification, and documentation.

• Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.
