Join to apply for the Welder - 2nd Shift role at Systems, LLC - Poweramp | DLM.

This position is within Systems' Manufacturing and Production group. A successful candidate will weld and assemble components using handheld and robotic welding equipment, working with materials such as plate steel, sheet steel, structural steel, and tubing. Responsibilities include preparing, welding, cutting, grinding, cleaning metals, inspecting welds, and operating robotic welding systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Welding and assembling parts using hand-held and robotic equipment.
• Preparing materials through welding, cutting, grinding, and cleaning.
• Testing and inspecting welds for quality assurance.
• Operating cranes, hoists, and lift tables.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting robotic welding processes.
• Maintaining safety and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of robotic welding experience.
• Basic knowledge of MIG welding, plasma cutting, and welding techniques.
• Preferred: robotic welding certification, experience with solid core wires, argon/oxygen gases, and structural steel welding.
