Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated team member to join us full-time, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Job Duties:

1. Basic blueprint reading
2. Proficient in using shop tools and measuring devices
3. Experienced with weld setting and parameters
4. Ability to pass an internal D1.1 weld test with certification
5. Capable of handling physical workload

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of previous welding experience
2. Excellent attendance record
3. Ability to read and understand work instructions thoroughly and follow all provided details
4. Strong safety awareness—ensure equipment is properly set up, work safely, and report unsafe conditions

Physical Demands:

• Work performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking
• Effective communication using speech, vision, and hearing
• Use of hands for grasping and fine manipulations
• Bending and reaching
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds
• Exposure to moving machinery, temperature and humidity changes, high decibel noises, dust, fumes, and gases
