Qualifications

• Must pass weld test to demonstrate skill and quality.
• Proficient in welding mild steel and galvanneal materials.
• Minimum of 6 months welding experience or completion of welding school training.
• Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills required.
• Able to read blueprints for welded components.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and weld metals with precision.
• Operate welding equipment to fuse aluminum, steel, galvanneal.
• Set up machines and perform preventative maintenance.
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure quality.
• Pursue welding certifications and improve technique.
• Maintain safety and quality compliance within the team.
