Job Description

The person in this position must meet the following requirements:

• Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Must have good attendance
• Must be experienced in MIG & TIG welding (certifications are preferred)
• Must be experienced with all types of fabrication machinery (brakes, shears, spot welders, swaging and beading machines, rollers, iron workers, drill presses and various hand tools)
• Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Use critical thinking when making decisions
• Must be able to prioritize workload and take direction as needed
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Willing to learn new skill sets and cross train in different job functions
• Maintain a neat and orderly work environment
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Pass the welding test
