Surge Staffing in Norwalk, OH is seeking an entry-level welder/fabricator to join our production team. This role requires basic welding experience, but no extensive experience is needed as hands-on training is provided.

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour (Higher based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Occasional 4-hour shifts on Saturdays
