Job summary

Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking a dependable Welder for our Alabama manufacturing team. The role requires strong welding skills, attention to detail, and safe, efficient production work.

You will weld and assemble metal products and follow procedures and blueprints. Responsibilities include producing strong, clean welds, reading blueprints and cut lists, operating welding equipment and forklifts, keeping an orderly work area, and communicating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of welding processes and equipment.
• Ability to weld flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Ability to read measuring tapes, blueprints, and cut lists.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and angles.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn through hands-on, on-the-job training.
