Surge Staffing in Ohio is seeking an Entry-Level Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. You will learn welding and fabrication skills in a stable, year-round manufacturing setting with hands-on training.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with higher pay based on experience. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, with overtime occasional Saturday shifts, and on-the-job training along with PPE and safety equipment provided.

Qualifications
