Pro Mechanical Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong MIG welding and fabrication skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a careful attention to detail to ensure quality and safe production.

We offer 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, competitive pay at $26–$35 per hour based on experience and weld test, plus weekly pay, paid time off, and medical, dental and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of MIG welding experience.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols.
• Measure, cut, fit, tack, and weld metal components and assemblies.
• Use grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication tools to prepare materials.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
