Aerotek in Lake Crystal, MN is hiring for a Welder and Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on welding and grinding on truck bodies, using MIG welding methods to fabricate and assemble components, while reading blueprints to guide fabrication.

This is a contract-to-hire, onsite position with a Monday–Thursday schedule and overtime as needed. Competitive pay ranges between $22.00 and $29.00 per hour plus benefits and promotional opportunities.

Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in the fabrication of truck bodies, utilizing your expertise in welding and grinding to ensure high-quality results.

Work Environment

Work in a large, open factory/plant floor with dim lighting due to welding stations. The building features large overhead cranes and spacious welding stations to accommodate grinding activities post-welding. Benefit from good ventilation throughout the facility. Full-time position on the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:45 am to 4:15 pm, with overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
