Job Summary

Welder A will weld using different applications including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on various metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, copper nickel, and titanium in all positions. Typically, Welder A has 5+ years of experience and reports to the Welding Supervisor.

• Must be able to read blueprints and use shop tools for fabricating parts and installing piping systems related to marine projects.
• Must have good communication skills to guide others and work with supervisors and engineers on marine systems both in shop and on-site.
• Must observe all safety procedures.
