• Demonstrated ability to perform quality inspections and troubleshoot welding equipment
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and material properties related to welding

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic welding systems (e.g., FANUC, Motoman).
• CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification or a desire to obtain it.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Familiarity with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods beyond visual inspection.
