Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking skilled Weld Technicians for Cadillac-area manufacturing partners. You will weld, fabricate, and repair on equipment, interpret blueprints, and perform quality checks to meet specifications and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, and hold or can obtain AWS CW certification within 6 months. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• AWS CW certification required or able to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years welding experience in manufacturing with MIG/TIG/Stick.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics/welding symbols.
• Strong metallurgy, welding procedures, and quality control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, fabrication, and repair on manufacturing equipment.
