Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Welding Technology or a related field.
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification, preferably D1.1 or D1.6.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing welding environments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and technical specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to perform various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick.
