Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Weld Technician — 2nd Shift at our Troy, IL facility! The core hours are Monday – Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.
The hourly rate for this position is $25.44 per hour, plus a $0.50 shift differential.

The Welding Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of welded components. The technician will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, participating in quality inspections, and collaborating within a cross‑functional team of skilled welders.
Equipment used in this role includes robotic welders, hand welders, progressive welders, and AutoMig welding equipment.
