Eaton Corporation’s Worcester, MA plant is seeking a Production Welder on 2nd shift. The role includes hand-welding or robotic welding on assemblies, deburring, grinding, and fitting components prior to welding. You will operate multiple welding systems and maintain equipment while following safety guidelines.
The position requires a high school diploma or welding certification and at least 6 months of welding experience. Relocation is not offered; within 50 miles considered.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 plus 11.5% shift differential per hour.
Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm

The Production Welder will perform routine hand-welding or robotic welding on a repetitive and non-repetitive nature on standard and near-standard assemblies. De-burr, grind, and fit components prior to welding. Grind and polish finished elements as required. Block jig or position parts prior to welding.
