Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Able to read manufacturing drawings, including weld callouts and quality.
• Committed to safety.
• Able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Program new weld jobs on robotic weld cells.
• Make program adjustments to automated fabrication equipment.
• Develop maintenance programs and schedules.
• Troubleshoot programs/equipment with maintenance and vendors.
• Monitor downtime impacts and optimize efficiency.
• Lead data-driven projects and assist with project management.
• Monitor machine efficiencies weekly.
• Nesting jobs for lasers and programming for press brakes.
