Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Hesston, KS is hiring for a 2nd shift MIG Welder. The role involves assembling parts into welding jigs, reading prints, and operating welding equipment and robotics to meet quality standards.

Shift runs 3:30pm-12:00am with a starting pay of $22.35/hour including a $2 shift differential. Qualified candidates should have MIG welding experience, ability to read blueprints, and a welding certification.

Qualifications

• Technical certification in welding preferred.
• MIG welding experience and pass internal welding test.
• Read blueprints and weld to print.
• Follow standard work and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts into welding jig and tack per prints/drawings.
• Operate robot systems to weld and inspect products.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per 5S standards.
• Attend daily safety meetings and follow procedures.
• Ensure quality and safety in all welding tasks.
