Responsibilities

• Program new weld jobs on robotic weld cells.
• Make program adjustments to automated fabrication equipment.
• Develop maintenance programs and perform or oversee preventative maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot problems with programs/equipment and coordinate with maintenance/vendors.
• Monitor downtime and drive corrective actions.
• Lead small projects or assist supervisor as needed.
• Monitor machine efficiencies weekly.
• Nest jobs for lasers and programming for press brakes.
