Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Hesston, KS is seeking a MIG Welder for 2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am). Starting pay is $20.35/hr plus $2 shift differential totaling $22.35/hr, with opportunities to grow within a global manufacturing leader.

The role includes assembling parts, welding to prints, operating robots, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace while meeting strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience and pass internal weld test.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld to print.
• Follow standard work instructions.
• Knowledge of welding hazards and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts into a welding jig and tack them per prints and supervisor instructions.
• Use grinders, scrapers, and finishing tools to ensure quality.
• Keep work area clean and safe per 5S standards.
• Attend daily safety meetings.
• Operate robot, perform cleaning and inspection.
• Focus on safety, quality, and exact objectives.
