Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing, process, or welding engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of welding processes, equipment, and consumables used in production environments.
• Experience programming and optimizing welding robots.
• Hands-on welding knowledge and the ability to work directly with manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Welding Process: develop, implement, and improve welding processes across our manufacturing operations.
• Create welding procedures, standards, and documentation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot production welding challenges and drive lasting solutions.
• Evaluate and specify welding equipment, consumables, and technologies.
• Drive Automation & Robotics: program, optimize, and support robotic welding systems.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation.
