Job summary

MANITOU Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing processes at our Madison, SD plant. You will work under the Manufacturing Engineering Manager to optimize production and ensure schedules align with resource use and product specifications.

The role requires 1–2 years in fabrication/welding for equipment, strong CAD ability, and solid data analysis. Onsite work in Madison, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing required.
• One to two years of experience in fabrication and welding of construction equipment preferred.
• Proficient CAD skills and strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods.
• Determine processes, materials and fixtures for efficient, cost-effective manufacturing.
• Establish bills of materials, routings, machine burdens, and new work centers.
