Qualifications

• Ability to measure and perform shop calculations per specs.
• Experience leading and motivating weld staff to meet schedules.
• Welding knowledge of steel and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of MIG welders and fabricators and delegate tasks.
• Train and motivate staff to meet demanding manufacturing requirements and schedules.
• Assist with tasks to complete assignments as needed.
• Test products and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
• Work in a safe manner and communicate changes to processes.
