Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years on the shop floor in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams on the production floor.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tasks to complete assignments and meet production schedules.
