Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary office is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.
• Ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, complete sign-in, verify appointments.
• Escort clients to exam rooms and relay information to clinical staff.
• Handle calls for appointments, care questions, refills; follow up.
• Process payments, invoicing, and schedule future appointments.
• Explain vaccines, tests, procedures in veterinary terms.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area.
