FAR Out Hospitality invites a friendly Greeter/Host to join our team in Fort Worth. You are the first welcome for guests, guiding them to seating, answering questions, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth dining experiences.

In-person work, you will use POS systems like Aloha or Micros to manage reservations and arrivals, maintain a polished greeting area, and contribute to a lively, professional team environment that values hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience in food service/hospitality.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and a positive attitude.
• Use POS systems (Aloha or Micros) to record reservations and arrivals.
• Direct guests to tables and share venue information.
• Answer inquiries by phone or in person with clear communication.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth seating and satisfaction.
• Keep the greeting area clean and polished.
• Address guest concerns promptly to enhance experience.
