FAR Out Hospitality is seeking a friendly Greeter/Host to welcome guests and manage check-ins at our Texas locations. You will use POS systems to record reservations, guide guests to tables, and answer questions to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, energetic attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience in food service or hospitality.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros) preferred.
• Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
• Record reservations and walk-ins using POS systems.
• Direct guests to their tables and provide information on offerings.
• Handle inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism.
• Coordinate seating flow with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain greeting area cleanliness and appearance.
