Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience or background in food service and hospitality.

• Experience in hotel or guest services roles is a plus, adaptable across hospitality settings.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices.

• Coordinate with restaurant staff and management to ensure smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the greeting area, ensuring a polished appearance at all times.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, enhancing overall guest experience.
