FAR Out Hospitality seeks a friendly Greeter/Host to be the first point of contact for guests in our Texas restaurants. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in via Aloha or Micros, and guide them to tables, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience or background in food service and hospitality.
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to create positive interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
• Experience in hotel or guest services roles is a plus, adaptable across hospitality settings.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude upon arrival.
• Manage guest check-in procedures using POS systems to record reservations and walk-ins.
• Direct guests to tables while providing information about offerings.
• Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain greeting area cleanliness and polished appearance.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
